Who can enroll

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or enroll in a course. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account registration

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Course enrollment & fees

• Course fees, batch schedules, and duration are as displayed on the course page at the time of enrollment, and are subject to change for future batches.
• Full or partial payment, as specified for a given course, is required to confirm enrollment.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Access to classroom, online, or weekend training formats is subject to seat availability and batch confirmation.

Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before enrolling, as it forms part of these Terms.

Use of course content

• All course materials, videos, notes, assignments, and resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission.
• Sharing your account login or course access with anyone else is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your account.
• All trademarks, logos, course curriculum, and content are the intellectual property of Courszo or its licensors.

Code of conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt instructors, mentors, or fellow learners in live sessions, forums, or community channels.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Certificates & placement assistance

Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfying the attendance, assessment, or project requirements of a given course, as communicated by the respective instructor. Placement assistance, internship opportunities, and job referrals (including through NareshJobs and SeshaJobs) are provided on a best-effort basis and don't constitute a guarantee of employment.

Third-party services & links

Our website may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep course content accurate, up to date, and uninterrupted, we don't warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Course outcomes, including skill acquisition and employment results, may vary based on individual effort and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courszo and its affiliates, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or exposes us to liability.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
